We got our first online client in 'flipkart.com' and we are proud to say that we now possess our first office premises in Mumbai. |
2010
This year we extended our research in the area of Artificial Jewelery and Magazines and we were also greatly involved in the launch of the magazines 'Lonely Planet' and 'Good Food'. |
2009
This year gave us an opportunity to extend our services to three different sectors: Print Media, Liquor and Travel Products. |
2008
This has been a year of ups and downs with the slowing in the economy due to global meltdown. We still managed a 20% growth rate and added new clients like Kotak Mahindra, LG Electronics and Kellog's India. |
2007
We strengthened our internal processes, especially operational process and made them transparent even to our clients. We added clients like Godrej Consumer Product Limited and Mahindra & Mahindra to our list. Our division, THE MIRROR, got certified as Fair Business Process certification (FBP-Process Audit Certification). |
June 2006
ISO processes were initiated to help strengthen the company’s internal processes and provide better service to clients. Four new client profiles were added in this year - Toys, Online Gaming, Tyres, and Telecom. |
June 2005
Iserve inaugurated its fifth centre in Bangalore. Employee strength was registered at 30 members. Pharma and Retail sectors were added to our client base; we also worked on a project on Energy Conservation (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) for the Govt. of Karnataka. |
May 2004
Owing to a 50% growth in team strength, Iserve moved to a bigger location in Mumbai. Staff strength was recorded at 20 members. Iserve bagged its first international client with Siemens, Germany for a Demand Estimation project for one of their products. |
May 2003
Iserve India set up base in Mumbai with a team strength of 12 members. Simultaneously, the company expanded its presence to centres in Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. |
