Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer
A postgraduate in Economics, Sailaja also holds a PG diploma in Journalism from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi and a Hons Diploma in Software Management from Aptech, New Delhi. Apart from being responsible for maintaining internal processes and acquiring and servicing new clients at Iserve, Sailaja loves spending time in socializing and reading books especially John Grisham's. |
Amarpreet Singh Saini
Head of Qualitative Research
A post graduate in Management (Marketing & Advertising) and a graduate in Engineering, he has over seven years of experience in qualitative research. Given his expertise in qualitative research he has played a key role in standardizing the execution process for all qualitative projects at Iserve. In his free time, he likes to watch movies especially international cinema. |
Dr. Omkumar Krishnan
Dr. Omkumar is a doctorate in Rural Marketing from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with over 10 years of industry experience. His areas of interest are Rural Marketing, Marketing Research, Qualitative Research and Social Capital. At Iserve, Omkumar plays a vital role in updating the tools and techniques used in analysis of data. |
Dr. Rajiv S Narvekar
Dr. Rajiv is a doctorate in Technology and Innovation Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with over 12 years of marketing experience. As an advisory board member, he plays a vital role in helping Iserve with international business expansion plans. |
